Public of Agongointo
Conscious of stakes in presence, actors of the program of enhancement of the archaeological site of Agongointo conceived it and achieved in certain participation. The different fringes of the local community contributed to the progress of the activities of enhancement of this important site of their locality therefore closely. Among these layers of the community, schools were often appealed so that teachers of the environment were daily informed of the progress of the site. The consequence is that the first tentative visit of the park has been organized for the schoolchildren who had the pleasure to learn and play. Like this it is almost sure that the local and national school public will constitute the thick share of the visitors of Agongointo.
The first sitting of animation of the site has been also organized with youth of the environment who, on that occasion, made demonstration of traditional games as: adji, ahanu-hanu, and gbosso-hlasso.
This strong implication of the community offers the guarantee that the park will achieve its integration within youth, students and dignitaries.
Of other part, the position of the park, which is has at ten kilometers about the Site of the royal palaces of Abomey presents advantages concerning publics. Indeed, the royal palace site and its historic museum have behind them more than sixty years of existence and are registered on the list of the world heritage of the UNESCO and constituted the space of most frequent cultural tourism of Benin. Henceforth, a new appeal exists to reinforce this package become unavoidable on the tourist circuit going from the south to the north of the country. The numerous national and international tourists who will visit Abomey won't certainly fail to mark a precious stop at Agongointo.
